Job Description

We are looking for a Store Manager (Permanent Contract) for our retail location
Proficiency in French is required for this position. Please do not apply if you do not speak French.
You will be responsible for the following tasks (non-exhaustive list)

1-Sales Objectives / Revenue
Develop and optimize turnover according to the targets set by management
Analyze and monitor commercial indicators
Report commercial information

2-Customer Service
Advise and sell to a high-end clientele
Build customer loyalty
Animate the retail space in line with the brand’s commercial strategy

3-Team Management
Train your sales team
Motivate your staff
Supervise and schedule employees

4-Visual Identity
Ensure compliance with company standards
Guarantee the shop's merchandising and product presentation
Manage inventory and stock levels You must have previous experience as a Store Manager in a high-end ready-to-wear brand
You are organized and have excellent interpersonal skills
With strong commercial instincts, you are results-driven and enjoy teamwork
Passionate about fashion, you have a strong product sensitivity and a good knowledge of the sector and its trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is highly valued
As the brand is French, you must be fluent in the language.
