At Vivax Pros, our internal sales representatives are part of the first step in helping our customers make their home improvement vision a reality through refined salesmanship skills. You would work with homeowners through outbound calls, identifying the customer’s needs, overcoming initial hesitations, and ensuring that the Vivax Pros commitment aligns with their expectations before scheduling an appointment for our sales team to meet with the homeowner.

Salary: Base + commission - you can expect to earn up to $70,000 your first year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Turn leads into qualified appointments for the sales team, including appointment scheduling.
• Utilize salesmanship, problem solving, creativity, adaptability, and clear communication to overcome customer objections.
• Meet and exceed weekly benchmarks/goals and drive metrics

What you bring to the team:

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with an emphasis on active listening, rapport building, and persistence.
• Ambition, motivation, and self-discipline. Must be a go-getter with GRIT
• Endless drive to improve on a day by day basis.
• High energy with a competitive spirit and desire to win
• Highly organized
• A desire to drive marketing through sales metrics
• Aptitude for quickly building rapport over the phone
• Experience with Salesforce, FileMaker, or other Contact Management Platforms is a plus but not required
