The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience to take on a multifaceted role in civil engineering projects. They will be expected to provide leadership and assistance in both design and management aspects of the projects. Effective communication with clients and team members are essential components of the role, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with clients to supplement the company’s business development activities.

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) with Professional Engineer licensure (PE) in Minnesota

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Experience supervising staff
