Position Summary
We are seeking is seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy. This role is responsible for managing paid search, paid social, and organic social media campaigns while creating engaging content that inspires action and reflects our brand’s voice.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and creator. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand performance marketing, and enjoy bringing stories to life through video and design.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns using Google Ads and paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn
Grow and manage Rapport’s presence across all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Create compelling video content and visual assets for ads, social media, and email campaigns
Partner with sales and Leadership Training Advisors to ensure marketing campaigns align with business goals and class schedules
Track performance and analyze digital marketing data to improve results and inform future strategies
Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
Support updates to website content and landing pages with an eye toward SEO and lead conversion
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media and social media
Strong understanding of ROI driven campaign management across Google Ads and Meta
Hands on experience creating video content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro preferred
Skilled in storytelling and brand development through digital content
Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics
Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
PREFFERED:
Experience in leadership training or professional development
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or performance testing
Ability to shoot and edit short form video content
