Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial real estate
• Strong knowledge of the NYC metro area, including Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Long Island City
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other real estate technology platforms
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with luxury or high-end properties
• Knowledge of local market trends and conditions
• Strong network and connections in the NYC metro area
• Familiarity with online marketing and social media platforms
