Job Description

Description of the role: The Chrysler Technician at Kayser Automotive Group plays a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of Chrysler vehicles. As a skilled technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Chrysler automobiles, including electrical and mechanical components. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of high-quality automotive services. Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on Chrysler vehicles
  • Determine the cause and provide effective solutions for mechanical and electrical issues
  • Conduct diagnostic tests using specialized tools and equipment
  • Repair or replace faulty parts and components as necessary
  • Perform vehicle alignments, oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services
  • Keep accurate records of repairs and services performed
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Chrysler Technician or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing Chrysler vehicles
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical and mechanical components
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Relevant certification(s) is a plus
