Key Responsibilities:

• Master the art of programming and operating CNC machines, turning bar stock into precision parts.
• Switch and adjust tooling, fixtures, and speeds to meet technical specifications.
• Inspect and adjust initial pieces, ensuring quality and compliance, and complete necessary documentation.
• Keep track of machine operations, making precise adjustments to uphold part quality.
• Oversee regular machine maintenance, including fluid level management.
• Refine grinding techniques and ensure tool sharpness.

What We Look For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ideally, one year of CNC machining in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with tools such as Hardinge lathe, HAAS, Mazak, Ganesh, Doosan is beneficial.
• Skilled in reading blueprints and using gauges and micrometers.
• Our work hours include Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm for the 1st shift, and 3:30 pm - midnight for the 2nd shift.
