SR. PARALEGAL - COMMERCIAL TITLE INSURANCE

Location: Boston, MA

Our client, a leading financial services company and one of the nation’s premier providers of title insurance and real estate transaction services, is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join their Commercial Title Team in Boston . This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support high-value real estate transactions while advancing their career in the title insurance and commercial real estate industry.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is required
• 2+ years of substantive commercial title experience
• Experience in a law firm or title industry environment strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to quickly learn proprietary software platforms (Clarity First and FAST)
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing legal descriptions , title commitments , and related documents
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external clients
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and provide practical solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Support the closing process for commercial real estate transactions of varying size and complexity
• Review and analyze commercial closing documents , legal descriptions , and property surveys for accuracy
• Prepare title commitments , pro forma , endorsements , and final title policies
• Coordinate and communicate recording information to ensure timely closings and issuance of title products
• Assist underwriters with closing needs and collaborate on resolving issues during transactions
• Calculate pricing information for closings and maintain accurate records throughout the process
• Contribute to special projects and team initiatives to improve efficiency and client service

  • Hourly Pay : $43-$57 per hour , as determined by skills, experience, and market factors
