Executive Chef – California & Nevada Markets (Bay Area, Los Angeles, Nevada)
Where Culinary Vision Meets Leadership

At Levy, it’s all about the food — bold flavors, unforgettable experiences, and inspired teams. We’re looking for a game-changing Executive Chef to lead the charge across our California and Nevada markets.

This isn’t your typical kitchen role. You’ll be the culinary visionary , team mentor , and brand ambassador all in one. You’ll shape menus, inspire teams, and serve up food that wows guests and makes waves on social media.

If you’ve got the chops to lead kitchens, coach talent, and turn ideas into exceptional execution — we want to hear from you.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of culinary leadership experience

  • A sharp palate and a passion for creating memorable food experiences

  • Strong business acumen — from budgeting to food cost analysis

  • Experience leading teams and building culture

  • Confidence with tech and kitchen systems

  • A flair for storytelling and guest engagement (social media experience a plus)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coaching and developing a high-performance culinary team

  • Designing standout menus that balance creativity, trends, and margins

  • Partnering across departments to deliver delicious results and hit financial targets

  • Owning kitchen operations — food safety, purchasing, scheduling, and more

  • Engaging with guests and audiences via social media to build buzz and brand

  • Driving innovation with the Home Office and regional culinary teams

  • Creating systems and standards that make every service a seamless one
