We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Event Coordinator to join our team in New Orleans. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of various events that support our clients' brand objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, from concept to completion
Communicate with clients to determine event goals and requirements
Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and service providers
Manage event budgets and timelines effectively
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown on-site
Ensure a high standard of service delivery and client satisfaction
Support marketing initiatives related to events
Prepare post-event reports and evaluations
Qualifications
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proven ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with event planning tools and software is a plus
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
