SGA Lists, LLC is a hospitality-focused staffing group based in Saratoga Springs, NY. We are seeking barbacks to join our team at Saratoga Racecourse. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic and professional attitude towards serving guests and co-workers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in setting up the bar area before events, ensuring all necessary supplies, glassware, and ingredients are ready for service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area promptly clearing empty glassware and discarded items.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, promptly addressing any requests or inquiries.
• Adhere to all venue policies, including responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety protocols.
• Support the team with post-event clean-up, ensuring the bar area is left tidy and ready for the next shift.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a barback or in a hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail, ensuring the bar area is well-maintained at all times.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as cases of beverages and supplies.
